About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee daily service activities at our automotive center. The primary focus is on delivering excellent customer service while efficiently managing the service team and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the service department, ensuring top-notch customer experiences.
• Lead, train, and supervise the service personnel to maintain high performance and service quality.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating challenging issues when necessary.
• Monitor service outcomes and implement improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• Establish and uphold service standards and operational guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with various departments to guarantee seamless delivery of services.
• Compile and analyze reports regarding service metrics, customer feedback, and team effectiveness.
• Manage budgets, monitor inventory, and allocate resources as required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain safety standards throughout operations.

Additional Details

• Monthly salary ranges from 12,000 to 16,000 INR.
• This position is based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, and requires onsite presence.
