What you will do

  • Help manage inventory, forecasting, and supply chain planning, including MRP, production scheduling, and monthly planning updates.
  • Review reconciliations, inventory counts, and adjustments across multiple warehouses in Canada and the U.S.
  • Support the definition and monitoring of team KPIs tied to inventory accuracy and supply chain performance.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing Communications to align production plans with forecasted demand.
  • Support assembly operations and coordinate with manufacturing partners to resolve production, inventory, and quality-related issues.
  • Take part in monthly production planning discussions with assembly partners and share current status updates.
  • Assist with purchase orders, supplier quotes, work orders, and raw material approvals while keeping cost and delivery performance in mind.
  • Maintain supplier relationships, track vendor performance, and follow up on commitments.
  • Support quote requests and sourcing efforts for raw materials when needed.
  • Partner with Accounting to reconcile MCOG accounts and contribute to supply chain-related financial reporting.
  • Develop and update SOPs for inventory and supply chain processes.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting on inventory and supply chain results, and help support purchase proposals to maintain product availability and business alignment.
  • Work with Quality Assurance on product realization, investigate product concerns, and support corrective and preventive actions.
  • Look for opportunities to improve supply chain and assembly workflows.
  • Help ensure compliance with ISO 13485 quality standards and B-Corp requirements.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or operations analysis, ideally within CPG or regulated industries.
  • Solid analytical ability, with hands-on experience in forecasting, MRP systems, and production planning.
  • Practical knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, and assembly operations.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485, FDA, and Health Canada.
  • Experience using ERP platforms such as NetSuite, along with strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Well-developed organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort working across departments and with external suppliers.
  • Detail-focused, proactive, and capable of handling competing priorities in a busy environment.
