Role and Responsibilities
- Develop AI Co-Worker systems enabling enterprise clients to deploy persona-driven AI agents that manage intricate, end-to-end operational workflows on a secure platform.
- Maintain a model-agnostic platform architecture that supports integration with large language models and AI frameworks from both established and emerging providers.
- Design and implement secure, scalable APIs suitable for large enterprise-scale environments.
- Engage closely with customers to thoroughly understand their requirements and ensure delivered solutions surpass expectations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of seven years of software development experience, with recent direct involvement in AI technologies.
- Strong coding proficiency, particularly with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Experience developing systems where security and data governance are integral components from the outset.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
