About the Role

The Senior Sales Executive at Rukmendra Associates will be responsible for engaging walk-in customers at the tile showroom, offering detailed information about various tile types including ceramic, porcelain, and stone tiles. This role involves assisting clients in selecting appropriate tiles and finalizing sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with customers entering the showroom, presenting product features and price details while generating price quotations.
• Maintain follow-up communications with prospective clients and foster relationships with interior designers and contractors visiting the showroom.
• Assess client requirements and project objectives to suggest floor, wall, or outdoor tiles that best fit their needs.
• Provide clear explanations regarding tile specifications such as sizes, finishes, price points, and brand distinctions.

Additional Information

This position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India with a monthly salary range between 18000 and 24000 INR.
