Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to design, develop, and support scalable software solutions leveraging Ruby on Rails and React.js technologies. This role emphasizes technical subject matter expertise, quality assurance, mentoring, and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and enhance application solutions for both new products and ongoing maintenance projects.
• Serve as a technical expert providing guidance and support to the development team.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards through code reviews and scrutiny of all project artifacts.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development among team members through mentorship.
• Interpret client requirements to deliver effective and robust technical solutions.
• Implement industry best practices and stay current with emerging technologies relevant to the domain.

Essential Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails framework.
• Hands-on experience with React.js for front-end development.
• Familiarity with Gerrit for code review and version control workflows.

Additional Desired Expertise

• Knowledge of telecommunications industry concepts and technologies.
• Understanding of networking principles and architecture.

Experience and Education

• Minimum of five years’ professional experience in software development using Ruby on Rails and React.js technologies.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
