Senior Parts & Service Sales Representative

Job Summary

The primary objective is to maximize sales of Parts and Services within the assigned sales territory effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve consistent fulfillment of sales targets.
• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships founded on trust and reliability.
• Conduct thorough inspections of equipment according to standards such as CTS, SOS, TA, offering customers economical solutions for daily maintenance challenges.
• Efficiently manage the assigned territory by continuously gathering and updating data regarding customers, equipment status, market trends, competitors, lost sales, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• Identify sales prospects for all Company Divisions and report them promptly.
• Uphold a professional demeanor and maintain the highest ethical standards in all business interactions.
• Fulfill other tasks as directed by management.
• Perform routine customer site visits, generate detailed call reports, and promptly act on discovered Parts and Service sales opportunities.
• Promote corporate Parts and Service programs, campaigns, and initiatives actively to boost customer involvement and aftermarket revenue.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

• Possession of a University Degree in Engineering.
• Background in Product Support is essential.
• Fundamental mechanical engineering skills are required.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-apprenticeship service experience with Caterpillar or a recognized heavy equipment dealership in a product support setting.
