Senior Operations Executive

Overview

This role is for a Senior Operations Executive with a company focused on experiential learning and educational trips. The position is based in Mumbai and centers on travel and trip operations.

What you will handle

• Arrange hotel and travel reservations as part of end-to-end trip coordination.
• Work with vendors to confirm services and keep execution on track.
• Prepare and manage itineraries for trips.
• Maintain operational documentation and support invoicing-related work.
• Ensure smooth trip delivery from planning through execution.

What the role calls for

• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfort working in Excel.
• Strong eye for detail and the ability to stay organized.
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with GIT-related operations is required.

Preferred background

Candidates with prior exposure to travel operations, ticketing, or hotel booking work will be preferred. A background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or events will be considered an added advantage.

Compensation

The offered salary range is INR 6,00,000 to INR 7,00,000 per year.
