Senior Executive/Executive, Projects (Content Development & Planning) - 3 Years Contract

Overview

Resorts World Sentosa is looking for a Senior Executive or Executive to join their Projects team, focusing on content development and planning for themed attractions, entertainment, and guest experiences. The role involves ensuring the creative vision is effectively translated into practical, high-quality themed environments by coordinating design, technical, cost, and compliance aspects.

Key Duties

• Collaborate with senior management and various design teams or consultants to achieve excellent themed design outcomes.
• Organize and lead meetings, prepare presentations, and maintain thorough meeting records.
• Ensure designs meet both creative intent and practical requirements like constructability and ease of maintenance.
• Manage all technical project elements aligned with design briefs, contracts, specifications, and drawings.
• Oversee project schedules, quality standards, cost management, forecasting and control.
• Regularly track and report on project progress and performance.
• Conduct feasibility studies and perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Gather and compile requirements for scopes such as interior finishes, lighting, signage, and material specifications.
• Ensure themed construction materials meet fire safety regulations.
• Research and benchmark design themes, including historical or natural inspirations for evaluation.
• Coordinate integration of themed environments with audiovisual, multimedia, and lighting elements for shows.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Building, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related discipline.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience coordinating projects or design consultancy work.
• Preferably experience in themed fit-out and environment coordination, including construction detailing and maintenance knowledge.
• Experience related to galleries, museums, or attractions is considered an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
