Role Overview

The Senior Executive / Executive in Information Technology plays a crucial role in maintaining and advancing the resort’s IT infrastructure and systems to ensure reliable, efficient, and secure operations that enhance guest and staff experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support IT systems, applications, and hardware to guarantee stable and secure IT operations within the resort.
• Plan and implement system upgrades and modifications aligned with evolving business needs and operational improvements.
• Provide comprehensive IT support and user training to foster efficient technology adoption and prompt problem resolution.
• Identify and introduce innovative IT solutions to optimize resort operations and improve experiences for guests and employees.
• Work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders to understand IT requirements and deliver effective tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate data literacy through comprehension of dashboards, reports, data visualization, and the interpretation of business trends using Power BI.
• Create simple workflows, forms, or automation using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate or Power Apps to streamline operational processes.
• Compose clear and precise prompts for AI tools to automate tasks or generate accurate outputs.
• Apply foundational Python scripting or related programming skills to support basic automation, data handling, or system operations.
• Gain exposure to and utilize AI platforms including AWS AI services, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude to assist IT projects and innovation.

Candidate Profile

• Experience managing IT infrastructure and systems preferably in hospitality or a similar environment.
• Possession of formal certifications in Information Technology or a related area, demonstrating core IT competencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with users and conduct IT training sessions.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and analysis, Power Automate for workflow automation, prompt engineering for AI interaction, basic Python scripting, and various AI platforms.
