Senior Engineer - Gas Refining and Distribution Planning

Job Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on organizing all activities related to companies or institutions operating in the refining and distribution sector.
• Assist in managing all data related to petroleum and refined product supplies within the Kingdom, and generate reports concerning local supply and sales.
• Advise on data reporting activities for the refining and distribution sector to relevant authorities.
• Recommend mechanisms to monitor the balance of supply and demand for refined products to ensure the integrity of supply chains.
• Offer counsel on collaboration with competent authorities regarding sector strategies and policies.
• Propose response plans for petroleum product supply in Saudi Arabia during emergencies, and review strategic stock emergency plans in coordination with relevant departments.
• Participate in monitoring licensees’ compliance with hydrocarbon laws, associated regulations, and policies.
• Adhere to work ethics, guidelines, and cybersecurity policies.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 6 years of experience in the same field is required.
