Role Overview
This position is for an experienced digital marketer who can independently manage and improve paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The role calls for practical knowledge of lead generation, audience strategy, tracking, testing, analytics, and ROI-focused optimization, ideally with exposure to real estate marketing.
What You Will Do
- Build, launch, and refine lead generation campaigns on Meta platforms and Google Ads.
- Handle Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing initiatives.
- Work to improve lead quality and key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPC, and conversion rate.
- Create and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting segments, and customer lists.
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, ad copy, audience sets, bidding approaches, and landing pages.
- Configure and monitor Meta Pixel, Meta Events Manager, GA4, GTM, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking.
- Review campaign data, prepare performance reports, and suggest practical optimization actions.
- Partner with creative, content, and sales teams to strengthen campaign output and lead quality.
- Keep up with changes and best practices in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and broader performance marketing.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of practical experience in performance marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong working knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Solid understanding of SEM, PPC, paid media, lead generation, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics.
- Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Meta Events Manager, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage monthly ad budgets of 2 lakhs or more is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking along with clear reporting, communication, and problem-solving ability.
Eligibility
Any graduate can apply. Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, and prior exposure to real estate marketing is preferred.
Compensation
The offered package is INR 3,00,000 to 4,25,000 per year.
