About the Role
Delivery Hero is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join its AdTech team in Berlin. In this position, you will use data to improve commercial and product decisions across the advertising product portfolio, working closely with commercial, product, engineering, and regional analytics teams.
What You’ll Do
- Turn raw data into clear insights that help shape important business and commercial decisions.
- Design KPI frameworks and tracking tools that measure business health and reveal performance trends.
- Develop and refine predictive and machine learning models to understand user behavior, anticipate risks, and spot revenue upside.
- Convert complex technical findings into persuasive stories that help align stakeholders and drive action.
- Work with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to set data standards and define global rules for data usage.
- Share high-level recommendations with senior leaders in a way that supports immediate decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years of experience in a decision-support or decision-enablement role, especially in user retention for consumer-facing technology businesses.
- Strong hands-on experience with analytics tools and platforms such as Python, Sci-kit Learn, Pytorch, Spark, Vertex AI, Google BigQuery, Google Analytics, Tableau, and SQL.
- Practical exposure to adversarial validation, anomaly detection, counterfactual modelling, classification, clustering, optimization methods, and geo-localized experimentation.
- Excellent analytical thinking, plus the ability to present insights clearly and influence stakeholders at different levels.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including CRM, paid search, social media, and content marketing.

Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role with in-person collaboration at the Berlin campus 2 days per week.
