Role Overview

We are looking for an engaging and goal-oriented business development manager specialized in the Japanese market. This important position involves managing and nurturing relationships with new, existing, and emerging partners integral to Titan FX’s core business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong connections with primary partners to maximize business growth.
• Perform comprehensive market research, feasibility assessments, and competitor analysis to uncover new expansion opportunities.
• Engage with local regulators and key market players, including financial institutions, brokers, and affiliates to form strategic alliances and partnerships.
• Lead efforts to adapt products, services, and marketing campaigns to fit the local market requirements effectively.
• Collaborate across departments such as compliance, legal, marketing, and technology to ensure efficient market entry and ongoing operations.
• Plan and oversee financial targets, including forecasts and budgets for initiatives aimed at market growth.
• Coordinate and execute events and promotional activities designed to captivate the target demographic and boost engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both Japanese (native or professional proficiency) and English is mandatory.
• Demonstrated success in business development and sales roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Capability to perform independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
• Experience within financial services, fintech, or online trading sectors is strongly preferred.
