Role overview
The organization is looking for a well-organized and self-driven Senior Administration Specialist to handle administrative workflows and deliver broad operational support. This role is focused on keeping office processes efficient, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and government procedures in Saudi Arabia.
Core responsibilities
- Arrange and manage both domestic and international flight and hotel reservations.
- Support the daily running of office administration and general workplace services.
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks and help ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
- Work with government departments to complete official filings, permits, and related documentation.
- Keep administrative records, agreements, and reports organized and up to date.
- Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors to meet business and support requirements.
Required background
Candidates should hold a Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HRM, or a similar discipline. The role calls for 3 to 5 years of administrative experience, ideally gained in hospitality or corporate settings. Practical familiarity with travel booking platforms, hotel reservations, Saudi Labor Law, and government relations procedures is important. Experience using government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad is also expected.
Skills and competencies
The ideal applicant should be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working with Microsoft Office and data entry tools. Strong communication skills, careful attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to handle confidential information are essential.
Languages
Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is mandatory.
