Role Summary

The Scrum Master will guide and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company to promote collaboration and efficacy in delivering superior solutions. This entails partnering closely with the product group to keep initiatives on track concerning timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally, the role involves coaching team members, nurturing continuous improvement, and ensuring consistent achievement of goals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
Maintain productive, time-managed meetings that focus on sprint outcomes.
Educate the team on Scrum principles, practices, and values.
Foster an environment of collaboration, openness, and trust.
Empower the team toward self-organization and autonomous management.
Identify and eliminate obstacles obstructing progress.
Work with stakeholders to address issues impacting delivery capacity.
Report on project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.
Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.
Ensure effective communication channels between the Product Owner and development team.
Align the team with the product vision and objectives.
Promote best practices and introduce new tools to improve efficiency.
Analyze and resolve blockers that hinder progress.
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
Monitor performance metrics to ensure high-quality, timely product delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years' experience as a Scrum Master.
Deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
Experience with Azure DevOps platform.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities.
Strong skills in problem-solving and resolving conflicts.
Proven track record in coaching and mentoring team members.
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Skilled in facilitating meetings at various organizational levels and familiar with facilitation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is approximately $97,000 to $120,000 annually, determined based on education, experience, location, and equity considerations. Besides base pay, employees are eligible for equity participation and an annual performance bonus of 7.5%.
