About the Role

The role involves teaching multiple subjects to help in the overall development of students from primary and secondary levels.

Primary Duties

Deliver instruction in various subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Kannada, tailored to candidate qualifications.
Design and execute engaging, activity-driven lessons to foster learning.
Establish and maintain classroom discipline while promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
Evaluate student performance regularly through assessments including tests and assignments.
Prepare educational materials like lesson plans, worksheets, and exams to support teaching objectives.
Track each student's academic achievements and provide targeted support when needed.
Maintain open communication lines with parents concerning their child's progress.
Keep accurate school documentation such as attendance records and report cards.
Take part in school functions, assemblies, staff meetings, and training workshops.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to contribute to the institution's growth and development.

Candidate Requirements

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
B.Ed. certification preferred and required where applicable.
Strong mastery of relevant subjects along with excellent communication skills.
Ability to instruct multiple subjects effectively.
Competence in classroom management.
Fluent English communication; knowledge of Kannada or Hindi advantageous.
Basic computer literacy including MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital teaching platforms.
