Role overview

This opening is for an SAP S/4HANA Projects specialist focused on Project Systems (PS) and Project Management capabilities. The role is centered on implementing, configuring, and improving project-related processes so they align with business needs.

Experience required

Candidates should have 4+ years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in relevant work. The position expects IT experience after qualification: 4 years for BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MS candidates, and 4.5 years for B.Sc/BCA graduates.

Education criteria

Applicants must have completed a minimum of 15 years of regular education, covering 10th, 12th, and a 3-year graduation program. Only full-time courses are eligible. Accepted qualifications include BE, B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc, or MS, and also B.Sc or BCA with the required additional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and configure SAP S/4HANA Projects, including Project Systems and Project Management functions, according to business requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to design project structures, phases, and workflows within the S/4HANA landscape.
• Convert business needs into accurate SAP configurations that support performance and functional alignment.
• Assist with integration between the Projects module and finance, procurement, and sales/distribution modules.
• Train end users and project team members on S/4HANA Projects processes and best practices.
• Investigate issues, improve workflows, and apply enhancements to strengthen system efficiency and stability.
• Keep pace with the latest S/4HANA features and project management practices, and introduce suitable improvements.
