Sales Support Specialist

Role overview

A well-established food manufacturing business in Jeddah, focused on spices and seasonings, is looking for a commercially minded and data-driven Sales & Product Coordinator. This office-based position connects the sales team, suppliers, and customers to help maintain effective product placement, competitive pricing, and compliance with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central liaison among field sales representatives, suppliers, and customers to keep day-to-day commercial activities running smoothly.
• Track product presence in the market, review shelf display quality, and confirm that merchandising expectations are being followed using sales reporting.
• Study market pricing movements, assess how products are performing, and prepare recurring sales reports that support profit improvement.
• Monitor trade promotions, discounts, and campaign delivery, then assess how these activities influence sales volume.
• Provide administrative coordination by keeping records accurate, following up on supplier orders, and handling customer questions or concerns in an efficient manner.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience is needed, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical ability and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data interpretation are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong people skills, are important for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate must be well organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable handling office-based operations.
• Good English language proficiency is required.
• Candidates should already be based in Jeddah or be fully prepared to relocate immediately.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The position is centered on coordinating sales and product-related operations within an office environment.
