Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a Programmatic Sales Solutions Lead to spur growth in programmatic revenue. This role involves cultivating strong partnerships with clients and partners, guiding advertisers to invest in data-enhanced programmatic approaches, and achieving measurable business results. The incumbent will be pivotal in growing programmatic budget allocations by effectively demonstrating audience-targeted strategies' value and ensuring smooth execution across platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as an expert on programmatic buying, DSPs, and advertising technology to advance automation and enhance operational efficiency for Netflix clients.
Coordinate scalable programmatic activation processes and collaborate with internal sales teams to design proposals emphasizing programmatic strategies that encourage customer engagement and investment.
Establish and nurture impactful relationships with major clients, agencies, DSPs, and platform collaborators to steer investment decisions.
Create persuasive, data-backed narratives utilizing case studies and ROI measurement frameworks to prove programmatic media's contribution to key business goals.
Lead consultative discussions with advertisers ensuring programmatic efforts align with their marketing objectives and growth ambitions.
Collaborate with DSPs, SSPs, resellers, aggregators, and data providers to develop seamless audience activation methods that optimize revenue.
Work alongside Agency and Client Direct sales teams to design compelling programmatic-focused proposals.
Represent Netflix at industry gatherings and client forums, showcasing the company as an innovator in programmatic advertising.
Set and meet specific sales and revenue goals related to programmatic media solutions.
Use data and proven measurement tools to demonstrate the return on investment from programmatic campaigns.
Develop and continuously improve go-to-market strategies positioning programmatic solutions as essential elements of advertiser media plans.
Promote programmatic literacy and future AI-driven workflow adoption among Netflix commercial divisions and clients.

Qualifications

Proficient in English and German at a professional business level.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in programmatic technical sales, ad tech consulting, or audience strategy, including at least 5 years' successful track record in persuading advertisers and decision-makers to commit to programmatic solutions.
Strong client communication and consultative selling abilities with the capacity to deliver clear, persuasive presentations.
Technical proficiency with DSPs, audience segmentation, and data-based programmatic activation approaches.
Genuine interest in generative AI and emerging autonomous advertising innovations.
Deep understanding of audience activation strategies within programmatic advertising.

Location and Working

This position is fully remote based in Germany; however, it requires frequent travel to clients and the Berlin office.
