About the Role

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales management information system (MIS) reports.
• Design and update sales dashboards and performance tracking tools.
• Perform detailed analysis and reconciliation of sales data to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate various sales processes to uphold operational efficiency.
• Provide essential reporting, documentation, and operational support to the sales team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient hands-on experience with Google Sheets.
• Expertise in advanced spreadsheet functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA, IF, and SUMIFS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail for managing and reconciling data.
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
