Position Overview
The role in focus is that of a Sales & Marketing Executive, aimed at supporting frontline banking operations with an emphasis on expanding the bank's portfolio of Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA). This entry-level position predominantly involves fieldwork to drive lead acquisition and account onboarding while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and procure new customers for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts to expand banking clientele.
- Generate and nurture leads through direct field engagement and outreach.
- Complete all necessary KYC and compliance documentation to meet regulatory standards.
- Promote additional banking products such as credit cards, fixed deposits, and insurance policies to enhance customer engagement and bank revenue.
- Contribute to building and maintaining the local liability book through effective cross-selling strategies.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 18,000 to 70,000 Indian Rupees.
