Role and Responsibilities

• Transform inbound leads into concrete sales opportunities.
• Comprehend client needs and suggest appropriate residential or commercial properties.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential and current clients.
• Deliver detailed property presentations and manage site visit arrangements.
• Consistently follow up with clients to secure timely sale closures.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintain thorough and accurate customer databases.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Applicants who can join immediately will be given preference.
