Sales Executive

About the Role

Business Skills Uganda is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Insurance Agency team. This role reports directly to the Insurance Agency Manager within the Sales and Marketing department. The primary responsibility is to apply consultative sales techniques and marketing strategies to effectively identify prospects, negotiate with clients, and close insurance sales opportunities under the direction of the sales manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize consultative sales methods to understand customer needs and tailor insurance solutions.
• Implement marketing strategies to reach and engage potential clients.
• Negotiate sales terms to finalize insurance agreements successfully.
• Work closely with the sales manager to align sales activities with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication abilities for client interactions and business negotiations.
• Competency in business planning and strategy execution.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any business-related discipline.
