Sales Executive

About the Role

Maitretech Solution is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive based in Indore to help expand its software solutions client base. This role is critical in generating revenue by identifying, approaching, and closing sales with potential business customers within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify fresh sales leads by conducting research, making cold calls, networking, and obtaining referrals.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of viable sales prospects, diligently tracking progress throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong abilities in communication, presentation, and negotiation, especially in explaining technical products to clients without technical backgrounds.
• Highly self-driven and goal-focused, with a proactive mindset towards discovering and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
• Candidates should be recent graduates or freshers; B.Tech degree holders preferred but any graduate can apply.
• Possession of a bike and laptop is mandatory for fieldwork.
• Immediate availability to join is required.

Additional Job Details

• Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent role.
• Salary: A fixed monthly pay ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000, which includes ₹3,000 as petrol convenience allowance.
