Role Overview

The Sales Enablement Instructional Designer will be instrumental in crafting compelling and effective learning experiences tailored for the global Sales team. By transforming intricate product details and sales strategies into accessible and actionable training materials, this role supports the sales force in delivering superior value to customers and fueling company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop diverse instructional content such as e-learning courses, interactive workshops, job aids, and blended training solutions tailored for Revolut Business Sales teams.
Work collaboratively with Product teams, Sales leaders, and subject matter experts to pinpoint learning requirements and convert complex content into clear, learner-focused materials.
Implement instructional design frameworks like ADDIE and SAM to ensure training is learner-centered and enhances knowledge retention and performance.
Utilize various content authoring platforms to create engaging and visually rich educational resources.
Design and implement assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Oversee training content management from conception through updates to retirement.
Keep abreast of current instructional design trends, learning technologies, and sales enablement innovations, including AI applications.
Support the rollout and ongoing maintenance of learning management systems and educational assets specialized for the Sales organization.

Requirements

A minimum of three years’ experience as an Instructional Designer within fast-paced business-to-business (B2B) or technology sectors.
Expert skillset in creating varied instructional formats including e-learning modules, facilitator manuals, participant workbooks, and on-the-job aids.
Comprehensive knowledge of adult education theories and instructional design methods, especially within remote/virtual work environments.
Proficiency with popular e-learning software tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
Strong communication talent, able to distill and explain complex information effectively for diverse audiences.
A portfolio showcasing instructional design work samples including digital training components and supporting documents is required.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a dynamic business environment.
Excellent project management capabilities, with an aptitude for handling multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to shifting priorities.
Effective stakeholder communication skills for conducting targeted learning needs analyses.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sales enablement environments or strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
Familiarity with LMS administration, specifically platforms like Sana.
Background in fintech or software-as-a-service (SaaS) enterprises.
Academic qualifications in instructional design, education, communication, or related fields.
