Role Overview
Join Cynet as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and become an essential part of our channel expansion efforts. You will play a critical role in initiating contact, crafting positive first impressions, and building strong foundations for enduring partnerships in the cybersecurity space.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) throughout the EMEA region.
- Execute well-planned outbound communication campaigns via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Lead discovery discussions to assess both business needs and technical suitability.
- Arrange meaningful meetings for Partner Acquisition and Channel Account Managers to advance partnerships.
- Keep customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales pipeline reports precise and up to date.
- Consistently surpass monthly goals related to outreach activity and sales opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in outbound sales, Sales Development Representative, or Business Development Representative roles.
- Comfortable with initiating cold outreach and adept at managing objections.
- Experience or interest in cybersecurity, MSP environments, or SaaS markets is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
- Experienced with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.
- Fluent proficiency in German.
