Role Overview
As a Sales Coordinator based in Singapore, you will contribute significantly to the Business Operations team by managing and facilitating administrative processes supporting the commercial functions within the APAC region. You will act as a primary administrative contact for queries and referrals from sales personnel, stakeholders, clients, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Sales and Business Operations teams in APAC, including preparing NDAs, MOUs, and completing vendor information.
- Develop and maintain strong internal collaborations through effective cross-functional teamwork.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams regarding contract-related matters.
- Manage the Salesforce system, ensuring all contracts—both new and existing—are accurately updated.
- Track payment schedules and contract validity periods with clients diligently.
- Monitor the advancement of business deals and transactions.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing business communications.
- Draft basic accounting documents and create management reports.
- Support documentation related to partnership activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma holder or equivalent work experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proven track record in providing administrative support within a dynamic and professional environment.
- Fluent proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong command of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Flexible approach with a strong responsibility mindset to meet business needs.
- Genuine interest in cybersecurity and eagerness to work alongside experienced professionals in the field.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong willingness to learn and collaborate as part of a team.
