Responsibilities and Requirements
- At least one year of prior retail experience, preferably within a café or bakery environment, is mandatory.
- Proven barista skills are required.
- Ability to handle till reconciliation and delegate tasks effectively.
- Maintaining high food hygiene standards is essential.
- The ideal candidate will be hardworking, well-presented, and have a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends is necessary.
- Excellent verbal communication and fluency in English are required.
