Role Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales inquiries received via email, phone, and website platforms.
• Prepare and dispatch sales quotations promptly to potential clients.
• Follow up on sales leads and support the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide timely and precise responses to customer requests.
• Keep organized and accurate records of inquiries and quotations within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Candidate Requirements

• Recent graduate or someone early in their career with excellent communication capabilities.
• Comfortable with phone conversations and proficient in composing professional emails.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and eager to learn new skills quickly.
• Interest in broadcast, media, or AV/technology sectors is advantageous.
• Residency in Dubai or willingness to relocate to Dubai.
