Russian Language Specialist - Procurement Operations

Role Overview

Join a leading global technology and consulting company based in Hyderabad as a Russian Language Specialist focusing on end-to-end procurement processes. This position involves managing purchase order creation and the entire procurement cycle for international clients, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) especially during rotational night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete procurement workflows including purchase order generation for global clientele.
• Provide support and resolve supplier queries while validating supply chain activities.
• Maintain effective communication in Russian, both written and oral, to facilitate smooth interactions with vendors.
• Ensure strict adherence to all SLA requirements during night shifts and rotational schedules.

Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO procurement or supply chain management roles.
• Proficient in Russian language fluency, with strong written and spoken skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours including night shifts as part of rotation.
