Role Overview

We are eager to welcome a motivated and customer-oriented Runner to join our acclaimed Lifestyle Dining brands such as SUSHISAMBA, Signor Sassi, and L’AMO. As an essential component of the Front-of-House team, you will exemplify outstanding service and support your colleagues in maintaining top-tier luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Swiftly and professionally transport food and drinks from kitchen and bar to guests.
• Ensure accurate delivery of dishes to the correct tables while adhering to established service procedures.
• Remain highly attentive to table numbers, seating arrangements, and guest preferences.
• Assist Waiters, Supervisors, and Chef de Pass to ensure seamless operations during service.
• Support the setup, clearing, and resetting of tables, ensuring the dining area remains immaculate.
• Verify that all food items are presented according to quality standards before dispatch.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams.
• Help uphold cleanliness and organizational standards throughout the restaurant.
• Proactively anticipate both guest and team needs whenever possible.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
• Maintain calmness and productivity during busy and peak service times.
• Adhere strictly to all guidelines regarding grooming, hygiene, health and safety, and guest service protocols.
• Positively contribute to the lively and luxurious work atmosphere.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in roles such as Runner, Food Runner, or Commis Waiter within luxury dining venues, five-star hotels, beach clubs, or upscale lifestyle establishments.
• Experience with renowned international luxury hospitality brands is preferred.
• Previous work experience in Dubai or other significant international hospitality markets will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service principles and guest expectations.
• Fluent English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a valuable plus.
• Energetic, polished demeanor with a natural guest-focused approach.
• High sense of urgency balanced with quality of service.
• Excellent collaboration and communication capabilities.
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
