Role Overview

The Room Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas meet impeccable cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards. This role contributes to guest comfort and helps uphold the high quality expected at the resort. Additional responsibilities include supporting housekeeping operations through equipment handling, stock management, confidentiality adherence, and assisting with laundry and guest requests.

Key Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned zones to the resort's standards
• Restock guest amenities and room supplies according to room type
• Perform scheduled and thorough deep-clean tasks as instructed
• Keep storerooms, equipment, and cleaning trolleys organized and clean
• Handle cleaning agents, linens, and tools safely and efficiently following established procedures
• Promptly communicate maintenance problems, broken equipment, or any safety concerns
• Adhere to policies regarding lost property, guest privacy, and security of keys and restricted areas
• Assist guests with special requests such as turndown service and setting up extra beds or cots
• Support housekeeping through cleaning public areas, managing laundry tasks, and delivering linen and supplies
• Ensure all public, staff, and back-of-house areas remain neat, clear, and well-kept throughout shifts

• Represent Accor and Elysium brands by embodying The Elysium Way standards in every interaction, whether with guests, suppliers, stakeholders, or colleagues
• Exemplify professionalism, elegance, and courtesy consistent with the luxury environment through appearance, communication, and service attitude

Candidate Profile

• Friendly and compassionate nature; prior housekeeping experience is beneficial
• Proactive focus on anticipating guest needs with professionalism and warmth
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management
• Familiarity with safe cleaning protocols, chemical use, and hygiene standards preferred
• Ability to work efficiently within allocated timeframes to complete tasks
• Clear communication skills with the ability to follow directions accurately
