We are seeking a Retail Store Manager who leads by example, actively engaging with stock and processes alongside the team rather than directing from afar. Leadership is about presence on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on from the shop floor rather than remotely.
• Participate in stock management and effective execution of core retail processes with your team.
• Maintain rigorous store standards relating to visual presentation, stock flow, and customer service.
• Oversee sales, labor costs, and expenses with commercial insight.
• Develop and mentor a capable team with clear expectations.
• Consistently uphold store standards and manage performance issues directly.
• Navigate your team through operational changes to enhance capabilities.
