Position Overview
Join Lidl as a Retail Shift Manager where you'll play a key role in upholding store excellence day-in and day-out. You will lead your team with enthusiasm, oversee store operations, and ensure everything runs seamlessly within a fast-moving retail environment. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee store activities and manage personnel in the absence of senior store management.
- Take charge of freshness standards, cash handling, inventory, and stock control to ensure shift efficiency.
