Job Overview

We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant, also called an Active Stylist, for our Rosny Park store. This role goes beyond sales: it’s about creating meaningful connections with customers by offering expert styling advice to help them choose activewear that makes them feel great. While retail experience helps, what truly matters is your enthusiasm, positive attitude, and authentic care for people. Flexibility with shifts is essential as hours may include late nights and weekends during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored styling advice and service that ensures every customer leaves feeling confident.
• Develop strong relationships using detailed product knowledge to assist and upsell effectively.
• Drive sales contributions to help meet store KPIs and overall targets.
• Assist with visual merchandising, managing stock, and maintaining store presentation standards.
• Maintain high energy, professionalism, and authenticity throughout each shift.
