Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our Darwin Millner store as a vital member of Team NW. As a Sales Specialist, you will be the front line of customer engagement, delivering exceptional service, forging strong customer connections, and actively driving sales performance on the shop floor. This position includes involvement in our Performance Pathways program, a structured development framework aimed at nurturing your skills for future leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Develop rapport and build lasting relationships with customers to support their health and fitness journeys.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Become a knowledgeable advocate for the Nutrition Warehouse brand and its products in your local area.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance personal and professional growth.
Candidate Profile
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-focused role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to quickly establish friendly, trustful connections.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
