Retail Assistant / Senior Retail Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for Retail Assistants and Senior Retail Assistants to create a welcoming and pleasant shopping atmosphere at our retail locations in Changi Airport. Candidates should excel in customer engagement and provide tailored product recommendations based on their understanding of our merchandise and promotional offerings.

Key Duties

• Develop rapport with potential customers to foster a positive retail experience.
• Handle customer interactions skillfully to surpass service expectations.
• Offer appropriate product suggestions informed by product knowledge and specials.
• Regularly inspect and replenish products on display to maintain appealing presentations.
• Carry out cashiering responsibilities and maintain cleanliness in the store environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• A customer-centric attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Passion and motivation for providing exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Minimum educational qualification of GCE 'N' Levels or higher.
• At least one year of retail or customer service experience preferred; however, applicants without prior experience are welcome.
• Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule including weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to be based at retail outlets located in Changi Airport.
• Candidates advanced in education and experience may be considered for the Senior Retail Assistant role.
