Role Overview
The Retail Artist position, based at Brown Thomas in Cork, offers a permanent, full-time role (30 hours per week). As a key contributor to the sales team, you will thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently surpassing performance targets. You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying the Charlotte Tilbury brand at all times.
Key Duties and Expectations
- Work energetically to exceed KPIs and personal goals rather than simply meeting expectations.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, adapting quickly to last-minute changes and supporting colleagues and managers effectively.
- Exemplify world-class makeup artistry and provide expert advice to customers, ensuring they return.
- Adhere strictly to company grooming and appearance standards.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor, ideally in fast-moving sectors such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
- A passion for the beauty industry and desire to be part of a brand that continuously innovates and grows.
- Makeup application skills with the ability to customize styles for diverse customers.
- A positive, limitless mindset that energizes and inspires.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early and late hours.
- Preparedness to provide five years of work and personal references and undergo a Criminal Reference Check due to the airside location of the store.
