Job Overview

A restaurant manager is needed for an urgent opening at Pinds of Punjab in Varthur, Bengaluru. The restaurant and catering outlet is located on Panathur Main Road opposite HDFC Bank, near Varthur and Balagere.

Role Summary

The selected person will oversee everyday restaurant functioning, guide the service team, and help keep billing, cash handling, customer experience, and operating standards running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day restaurant operations in an organized and efficient manner.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the restaurant team.
• Oversee billing activity and manage cash handling accurately.
• Maintain strong service standards and support customer satisfaction.
• Track team output and ensure operational procedures are followed.
• Work closely with staff to manage daily restaurant activities.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification required is 12th pass.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience is needed.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and staff coordination is expected.
• Knowledge of billing processes is important for the role.
• Comfort with MS Excel and team communication is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary offered is INR 35,000 to INR 55,000 per month. Additional benefits include food, accommodation, provident fund, and a Diwali bonus.

Working Conditions

The role follows a 6-day work week with 10 working hours per day.
