Resource Management Group Staff

About the Role

The Resource Management Group (RMG) team plays a vital part in overseeing comprehensive resource allocation and headcount mapping across multiple projects. This role is critical to ensuring that every employee is accurately assigned to client accounts, with details reconciled following HR onboarding and utilization closely monitored. Serving as the central liaison between Human Resources, project teams, and leadership, the RMG staff supports optimal workforce planning and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource allocation across projects aligned with strategic priorities.
• Maintain precise headcount mapping to confirm that all onboarded employees are properly linked to their respective clients or projects.
• Execute reconciliation of resource information post-HR onboarding and consistently update project allocation records.
• Work collaboratively with project managers and HR to facilitate seamless resource deployment.
• Monitor resource utilization and proactively identify discrepancies or shortages in allocation.
• Generate periodic reports detailing resource deployment, efficiency, and workforce planning metrics.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and client requirements throughout resource management activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project assignment.
• Mandatory prior experience in the GCC or banking sectors.
• Proficient with resource allocation tools and skilled in reconciliation methodologies.
• Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Project Management teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
