Job Summary
PMC Integrity LLC seeks motivated individuals for the role of Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR 1) to assist Federal Student Aid borrowers. This full-time position allows you to work from home providing support via phone, email, or chat, answering questions related to federal student loan servicing.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive starting wage of $15.90 per hour plus $5.09 per hour in Health and Welfare benefits, totaling over $20.99 per hour.

Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent required.
- Preferred minimum of six months customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar and punctuation.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications, with ability to navigate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Must pass background checks and employment verifications.
- U.S. residency and citizenship required.
- No delinquency or default on federal student loans.
- Commitment to policies protecting personally identifiable information.
- Available to work scheduled holidays, overtime, and some Saturdays as needed.
Home Office Specifications
- Secure, private workspace at home.
- Reliable internet with minimum hard-wired speeds of 25 Mbps download (single user) / 50 Mbps download (shared), and 5 Mbps upload (10 Mbps preferred) to support multiple users with no lag.
