Role Overview

The company is looking to hire experienced Relationship Managers or Senior Relationship Managers who have hands-on exposure to secured lending and mortgage sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business generation through open market sales efforts.
• Identify, source, and onboard customers for Micro LAP (Loan Against Property) and other secured lending products.
• Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Meet monthly targets for sales and loan disbursement.
• Work closely with internal teams to support smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in Micro LAP and loan-against-property sales.
• Knowledge of secured lending and mortgage sales.
• Ability to generate leads through open market activities.
• Customer acquisition and relationship-building capability.
• Sales and business development orientation.
