Job Overview

This role involves maintaining strong, effective connections with distributors and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) in the designated area to drive business expansion.

Key Duties

Achieve assigned sales goals and monitor sales trends within the market.
Conduct detailed market and industry evaluations to inform strategies.
Enhance and increase sales volumes through effective initiatives.
Build and strengthen the network of IFAs and distributors.
Identify, recruit, and motivate new IFAs and distributors to support growth objectives.
