The City of Racine is seeking a dedicated Reimbursement Specialist to assist the Public Health Department by conducting various financial, clerical, administrative, and technical duties.   • Support department operations through cross-training, staff education, quality assurance measures, emergency response coordination, and consistent attendance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field with at least three years of responsible accounting experience or equivalent training.
  • Three or more years of office and system support experience, ideally in healthcare or a related environment.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable insured vehicle.
  • Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within six months.
