Role Overview
We are searching for a Regional Vice President to oversee multi-site operations and guide the regional team to consistently deliver operational excellence and outstanding client service. This position holds executive leadership responsibilities across four states and more than 50 locations. Ideal candidates thrive in dynamic settings that demand a balanced focus on business development and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen and nurture existing client relationships by maintaining clear communication, surpassing client expectations, and driving continuous improvements in daily operations, revenue management, and quality of service.
- Lead all business development efforts within the region, including identifying new opportunities, developing comprehensive proposals and presentations, constructing financial proformas, managing the onboarding of clients, and responding to RFPs.
- Establish and communicate clear goals and objectives for every account, overseeing the delegation and coordination of related activities among operational teams.
- Evaluate operational data, costs, and service metrics to monitor performance and productivity, taking timely action to make necessary adjustments.
- Create, implement, and oversee regional Standard Operating Procedures, tools, and best practices to support field operations effectively.
- Manage and develop a professional team with a strong focus on operational efficiency and customer service quality, including performance management, engagement initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 5 years of management experience within the parking industry.
- Proven capability managing operations spanning multiple cities and states.
- Minimum 3 years overseeing the complete sales cycle: from prospecting to proposal development, negotiation, and RFP responses.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L responsibilities, and proforma construction.
- Experience leading teams that include both direct reports and a larger workforce of professional and hourly staff.
- Track record managing staffing, performance evaluations, employee engagement, and corrective actions with a commitment to diversity and an inclusive environment.
- Active mentor and coach, dedicated to developing future leaders by sharing expertise and empowering others.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic aimed at achieving results.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three to five years of regional leadership experience overseeing multiple markets and teams.
- History of leading decentralized operations with full profit and loss accountability.
- Willingness to relocate within the region if necessary.
