Key Responsibilities

• Regularly perform training needs analyses to identify effective and relevant training solutions that enhance individual and team capabilities, thereby improving business outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Regional Managers to recognize training requirements customized to business demands and individual development plans, prioritizing accordingly.
• Ensure that all training materials, documentation, and manuals comply with brand standards and guidelines.
• Design, develop, and implement continuous training programs with suitable learning tools to boost performance and fully leverage the potential of teams.
• Work closely with the regional sales team to standardize learning methodologies and precisely identify training needs.

Additional Information

Previous experience in training within the financial sector is preferred.
