Role Overview

Your responsibility will be to ensure that our office spaces align with our brand identity and support the way our employees work daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facilities operations across multiple office locations, collaborating closely with local staff, landlords, and service providers.
- Manage vendor partnerships and contracts for services including cleaning, maintenance, and catering, ensuring quality assurance and timely approvals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing facilities-related issues, aiming to resolve problems promptly to minimize business disruption.
- Establish and uphold high standards across all offices by conducting walkthroughs, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Administer regional budgets by forecasting and monitoring expenditures while identifying cost-efficiency opportunities without sacrificing service quality.
- Lead regional health and safety initiatives including training, incident preparedness, and continuity planning.
- Support fit-out, renovation, and office relocation projects through site visits and coordination with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors to deliver projects on time and according to specifications.
- Review architectural and engineering designs to proactively identify risks or areas for enhancement and confirm compliance through on-site inspections.
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities or workplace management with a proven ability to independently manage operations and related projects.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing people including performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring.
- Track record of handling facilities issues across multiple sites, encompassing technical, operational, vendor, and occupant concerns.
- Proven competency in executing fit-outs or renovation projects while managing stakeholders and timelines effectively. Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings to foresee and address challenges early.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities to juggle numerous sites, vendors, and concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration and trust building across all organizational levels.
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience in regional or multi-site facilities roles balancing uniformity with local variations.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for budgeting, reporting, and data presentation purposes.
