About Intas Foundation

Its key programs including Apna Ghar, Blood for Life, Patient Assistance Programs, and other emerging efforts have positively influenced over 6.9 million individuals across 31 states and union territories. Their CSR work is executed through committed regional and state teams that collaboratively plan, implement, and expand projects aiming for measurable outcomes.
Role Overview
The Foundation seeks an experienced and compassionate professional to direct CSR operations in Western India covering cities such as Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Pune, Nagpur, Mumbai, and Raipur. This leadership role involves managing ongoing CSR projects while extending their reach to new areas. Responsibilities include project execution, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and ensuring initiatives like the Apna Ghar project function sustainably and smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee on-the-ground execution of CSR projects aligning with organizational objectives and deliverables.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and definition of impact measures using frameworks like Theory of Change, OECD, and SDGs, ensuring impact assessment and reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, hospitals, doctors, civil society groups, and local leaders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Guarantee a hygienic, safe, and secure environment at Transit Homes for cancer patients and their caregivers, providing free lodging, meals, sanitation, and counseling.
- Manage inventory and supply chains to maintain operational readiness and upkeep of estates, coordinating timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Promote core organizational values fostering a sensitive, empathetic workplace culture while working with third-party agencies.
- Recruit, retain, and lead teams through engagement activities like town halls and focus group discussions, encouraging participation in knowledge exchange and presentations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all regional CSR project matters, ensuring streamlined communication among project teams, hospital partners, beneficiaries, and central CSR units.
- Utilize Project MIS and dashboards to create and deliver regional progress reports, and ensure regional impact is well documented in quarterly reports and social media.
- Ensure all project execution complies with internal policies, audit standards, and CSR regulations, delivering projects on time.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Practical experience managing and reporting CSR projects.
- Proven ability to handle large, multi-state healthcare projects.
- Experience managing project finances, including cashflows and settlements.
- Skillful use of digital tools and technology applications in project delivery.
- Competence in recruiting, retaining, and leading remote teams of 25–30 members.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), and blood disorder sectors.
- Meticulous attention to documentation, reporting, and ensuring compliance standards.
Educational and Professional Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Hospital Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in social sector project implementation, preferably within healthcare or patient welfare.
Salary and Benefits

Additional Information
- The role entails approximately 40% travel within and beyond the state.
