About the Role
Our client is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, engaging with candidates, assisting in onboarding, and overseeing recruiting operations. This role suits a detail-oriented professional who excels in a dynamic atmosphere and enjoys collaborating with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment teams to ensure a fluid hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and schedule interviews involving candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Handle all logistical aspects of interviews such as calendar management, sending meeting invitations, preparing interview plans, and communicating with candidates.
- Equip candidates by sharing role information, setting expectations for interviews, and providing logistical details.
- Follow up with candidates, hiring managers, and new hires after interviews to maintain engagement.
- Collect and document feedback from interviews and assist in debrief meetings.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and manage unsolicited and referral resumes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Produce and disseminate recruiting reports, metrics, and data.
- Serve as a communication link between candidates, hiring teams, external vendors, and recruiting personnel.
- Provide support for other recruiting and administrative tasks as necessary.
- Help with onboarding by gathering, reviewing, and preparing new hire documents to ensure a smooth entry process.
- Support talent acquisition by helping with sourcing efforts, campus recruiting initiatives, internship hiring, and university partnerships.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruiting partners.
- Keep current with trends in recruitment, market insights, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or recruiting operations.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent organization skills with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving setting.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-up.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience leveraging LinkedIn and other social media for recruiting efforts.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Skillful in problem-solving, project coordination, and relationship management.
Preferred Experience
- Background supporting campus recruitment programs.
- Experience managing large-scale interview scheduling.
- Understanding of recruiting operations, processes, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Comfortable working within deadline-driven and fast-paced environments.
