Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle independently, from sourcing suitable candidates to successfully filling positions.
• Develop and maintain a network of qualified professionals and foster long-term relationships with client companies.
• Advise companies on filling strategic roles by crafting tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct market research and uncover new business opportunities within your specialized division.
• Collaborate closely with a motivated team to achieve shared success and expand the division.

Candidate Profile

• Completed university degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in economics, finance, human resources, or related fields.
• Previous recruitment experience or expertise in sectors like finance, IT, engineering, or sales & marketing is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a professional demeanor toward clients and candidates.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, goal-driven approach, and ability to take ownership independently.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English for international coordination.
